About

Built by an operator, for operators.

AO Solutions exists because enterprise capability shouldn't require enterprise headcount.

The Founder

Before founding AO Solutions, Owen Pyatt was a Senior Solutions Consultant at a national technology services firm, where he led proposals and implementations for government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and growing SMBs.

That work built deep expertise across Atlassian (Certified Expert), AWS, ITSM/ITIL, and enterprise architecture — the kind of operational rigor that most businesses only get access to through six-figure hires or Big Four engagements.

AO Solutions was founded to change that equation. The mission is simple: bring enterprise-grade operations and technology capability to businesses that can't afford — and don't need — a full enterprise team. Just the right person, embedded in the right way.

Owen is based in St. Louis and works with clients across the country.

The Model

Why Fractional?

The best operators in the country are locked inside large companies. Fractional work changes that — it gives growing businesses access to senior-level talent without the full-time overhead.

When you work with AO Solutions, you get a senior person — not a junior associate or an outsourced team. There's no account manager layer, no project coordinator buffer. You get direct access to Owen.

That means faster decisions, fewer miscommunications, and someone who actually understands your business from the inside.

AI is real leverage — but most businesses are getting demos, not deployments. They're shown what's possible but left without anything that actually runs in their workflow.

AO Solutions builds AI agents that do real work: intake leads, process documents, answer client questions, route tasks. Not prototypes — production systems that run every day.

The difference is operational context. Building an agent that works requires understanding the business it serves — that's where fractional operations experience becomes the advantage.

How We Operate

Operating Principles

Outcomes over outputs

We measure success by business impact, not hours logged.

Transparency

Scoped work, honest timelines, no surprise billing.

Execution

We ship things. Not decks, not recommendations. Things that work.

Continuity

We don't disappear after kickoff. We're embedded.

Let's work together.
